<Job Description> Candidate will be in charge of Property and Building management of Rental Factories and Warehouses - Maintenance and regular inspection - Management of legal inspection of the buildings including electrical and mechanical systems and emergency response ※There is a possibility that the management area will increase due to the future business development 会社所有のレンタル工場・倉庫の施設管理を担当されます。 ・建物・電気設備・機械設備の保守管理・定期点検・法定点検対応 ・不具合等の緊急対応 ※今後の事業展開により管理エリアが増える可能性あります。
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Gender: Any ・Age: Any ・Language: Japanese Business Level (N2) and English Conversational Level ・Experience: - Have 1-2 years of working experience in maintaining industrial buildings such as Factories and/or Warehouses, or Office buildings and/or Condominiums - Have experience maintaining the building itself and Facilities attached to buildings (Fire fighting system, Electrical system, and Water supply and drainage system, etc.) ・Other: Lives in Hung Yen and/or being able to commute by themselves (Company doesn’t provide transportation)
