<Job description> - Assist Manager in promoting all projects’ design work: Concept design, Basic design, Detailed design - Control the process of creating design proposal and reviewing conceptual, basic and detailed design drawing and specifications. - Coordinate with Structure and MEP design - Coordinate with authority teams and departments for authority submission, - Coordinate with PM team at site and contractor to ensure proper execution based on drawings, coordinate with the consultant to solve RFI in the construction stage - Coordinate with internal teams to control the design process of projects

<Necessary experience/skills> ・Gender: Any ・From 22 years old ・Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree - Major in Architecture ・Language: English - Intermediate (Construction major - can communicate with Japanese Director) ・Experience: + Experienced at design/ construction company/ foreign real estate developers for Residential, High-rise buildings, and Commercial projects <Preferable> Candidates living in Binh Duong or who can move to Binh Duong to live
