Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・Assist with English-Vietnamese interpretation and translation of documents, sales materials, sales programs, and advertisements for the Sales Department. ・Assist in preparing customer contracts (based on existing templates) and sales policies. ・Assist with the monthly processing of travel expenses and transportation fees for sales staff. ・Compile information sent back by field staff regarding product quality issues, sample testing reports, and new product reports, and report these findings to the Sales Department Manager. ・Prepare work-related reports regularly (daily, weekly, monthly) and as requested by the Sales Department Manager. ・Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Manager. ・This position does not require sales targets/quotas.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: 1 year of experience as Sales Admin, Interpreter, and Assistant. - Fresher is acceptable. - Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel. - Active and enthusiastic.
