Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop new business client (Calling, Appointment) - Responsible for obtaining information from construction projects - Follow quotes, contracts, during and after construction - Prepare sales documents - Hold a meeting - Perform market analysis - Go to business trip in VN (to Hanoi and other areas, depending on the project) ** At first, CDD will be in charge of a project for a Japanese client in a pair with a senior employee, and learn the job at OJT (On-the-Job Training).
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Age: 23 - 33. Gender: Any - Bachelor's Degree - Japanese skill: Business level (above N2) - English skill: Business level (TOEIC around 730 score) - More than 1-year experiences as Sales in any industry - A person who is interested in construction project excavation/order sales in Vietnam - Sociable person who can communicate with the client actively - Bright (Cheerful) and tenacious personality <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working experience in ca onstruction company - Knowledge of the construction field - Having work experience in a Japanese company ** The company has 2 branches in VN (HCM and HN), and you can consider working location depending on your requirement
