Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Sales activities to dealers and users (creating quotes, regular visits, inquiry and order management)
- Project management (deadline, price adjustments, defect response)
- Planning and management of web seminars, exhibitions, private shows, etc.
- Marketing activities (competitor analysis, market research, and compilation)
- Building relationships with partner peripheral device manufacturers
* Business trips: to HCMC 1 time per month, to Japan/overseas sometimes per year.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelors Degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25-35 years old
・Language: Japanese Business Level (equivalent to N2) 
・Experience: 
- Working experience in Japanese company (internship in technical position also OK)
- 3-5 years working experience in sales or sales engineer with handle sales industrial machine
- Working experience in machine tool industryCandidates must have one of the following experiences:
• Work experience as a salesperson, service engineer, or application engineer at a machine tool manufacturer or dealer.
• Knowledge and experience sufficient to understand the machining process and propose and explain the direction of models and specifications to customers and dealers.
*Machine tools are defined as machining centers. Experience with lathes, automatic lathes, grinders, etc. will be discussed separately.
* Sales and technical experience at a cutting tool manufacturer will be considered depending on the job content.
* Five or more years of work experience recommended (but not required).

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・English skills
・Experience working at a machine tool manufacturer
・Basic mechanical knowledge, such as a technical high school or technical university graduate
・ Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and PLS systems

<Preferred personality>
・Skills for building relationships with customers
・Flexible communication skills, a strong focus on results, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
