Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Gender: Any ・Age: 26-35 years old ・Language: Japanese Business level (N2 or higher) - able to communicate technically in Japanese to make technical proposals, and coordinate as a Project Manager ・Experience: - At least 3 years of IT development experience (System Engineer (SE), Programmer (PG), etc.) - More than 2 years of experience in project management ＊Applicants with experience in systems development and implementation as in-house system engineers at manufacturers are also welcome to apply＊ - Working experience with Japanese companies ・Other: Strong desire to take on the challenge of developing systems for factories ‐ Someone who is not afraid to visit customers <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience managing teams of 5 or more people ・Work or living experience in Japan ・IT consultant experience
