Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Plan and implement HR initiatives across Thailand, Malaysia, India, Singapore, and other overseas locations
- Implement and communicate HR policies and systems developed by the Japan Head Office to overseas offices
- Work closely with HR personnel at each overseas location to coordinate HR-related activities and initiatives
- Manage and improve performance evaluation, salary increase, promotion, and compensation-related processes
- Plan and implement employee development and training programs
- Review and improve HR policies, work rules, and related HR processes at overseas locations
- Support HR integration projects following the integration of the two organizations, including alignment of HR policies and systems
- Support projects related to work rules, performance evaluation, compensation, employee transfers, and other HR-related matters
- Coordinate HR-related matters between the Japan Head Office and overseas offices
- Identify HR issues at each location and propose appropriate solutions and improvements
- Support other HR and organizational management activities across overseas operations
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Experience in HR / Human Resources
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: HR planning, HR policy, performance evaluation, compensation & benefits, employee development, or HR operations
- Experience working with overseas offices and/or multinational teams
- Good command of English for business communication
- Business-level Japanese OR Chinese
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different countries
- Ability to work independently and proactively drive HR-related projects

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience in Regional HR, Global HR, HRBP, or overseas HR
- Experience implementing or managing HR policies across multiple countries or locations
- Experience in HR policy design, development, or revision
- Experience supporting M&A, company integration, organizational restructuring, or similar projects
- Experience developing or revising work rules / employment regulations
- Experience coordinating or managing HR personnel across overseas locations
- Work experience with Japanese companies or Japan Head Office
- Experience working across ASEAN countries
- Experience in both HR planning and HR operations
