<Job Responsibilities> - Understands the Construction Industry & basic Mechanism of Technology in globe. - Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements by tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments - Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners by discovering and exploring opportunities - Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, dealing with requirements, potential, and financials by evaluating options as resolving internal priorities - Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of company strategies and operations by examining risks and potential by estimating partners' needs and goals - Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations - Protects organization's value by keeping confidential information - Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations - Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests by exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments - Other assigned task by the management
Job Requirement
<Necessary skill/experience> - Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Economics, or Civil/Building Engineering or related majors. - At least 8 years of experience or above in the construction industry as a marketing research or business development manager/assistant manager. - Conversational high in English (To communicate with a multi-national company, documents and email) - Excellent computer proficiency with a wide range of software commonly used in the construction industry - Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines: highly organized with excellent organizational skills <Prefer Skill / Experience> - Experience in a working environment in a Japanese company
