Job Responsibilities ・To execute work according to warehouse quality procedures ・To execute work according to warehouse work instructions ・To set up internal KPI for performance evaluation ・To be responsible that the warehouse and all related operations are always according to the internal, customer and legal standards ・To implement and execute regular inventory cycle counts ・To control regular maintenance service of all equipment, e.g., rack, forklifts, office equipment, WMS hardware, WMS software, etc. ・To execute rules according to the contingency plan in case of emergency ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ ・ดำเนินงานตามขั้นตอนคุณภาพคลังสินค้า ・ดำเนินงานตามคำสั่งงานคลังสินค้า ・เพื่อตั้งค่า KPI ภายในสำหรับการประเมินประสิทธิภาพ ・รับผิดชอบให้คลังสินค้าและการดำเนินงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานภายใน ลูกค้า และกฎหมายเสมอ ・เพื่อใช้และดำเนินการนับรอบสินค้าคงคลังตามปกติ ・เพื่อควบคุมบริการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดตามปกติ เช่น ชั้นวาง รถยก อุปกรณ์สำนักงาน ฮาร์ดแวร์ WMS ซอฟต์แวร์ WMS เป็นต้น ・ดำเนินการตามกฎตามแผนฉุกเฉินในกรณีฉุกเฉิน
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 35-50 years • Any gender • Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related fields. • At least 5 years of work experience in Warehouse and Logistics (Third Party Logistics), Forwarder. • At least 3 years of management experience as leader or assistant manager • Conversation middle-high level in English ( to use in email and communicate with clients) • Business level English is preferable • Computer literate (MS office) is preferable • Have work experience in Global Freight Forwarder company is preferable • Excellent customer service mind is preferable • Have in work experience in freight forwarding industry is preferable Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Eastern Seaboard Rayong Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri) • About the Benefit • Salary: 50,000–70,000THB ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น • อายุ 35-50 ปี • เพศใดก็ได้ • ปริญญาตรีสาขาโลจิสติกส์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง • มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านคลังสินค้าและโลจิสติกส์ (Third Party Logistics) อย่างน้อย 5 ปี) ผู้ส่งสินค้า • มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในฐานะผู้นำหรือผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ • การสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับกลางถึงสูง (เพื่อใช้ในอีเมลและสื่อสารกับลูกค้า) • ภาษาอังกฤษระดับธุรกิจจะเหมาะกว่า • มีความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ (MS office) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ • มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในบริษัท Global Freight Forwarder จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ • มีใจบริการที่เป็นเลิศจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ • หากมีประสบการณ์การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมการขนส่งสินค้าจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ ทักษะด้านภาษา • อังกฤษ : สนทนา • ภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี พื้นที่ทำงาน: อีสเทิร์นซีบอร์ด ระยอง เวลาทำการ: 8:30-17:30 น.(จันทร์-ศุกร์) • เกี่ยวกับสิทธิประโยชน์ • เงินเดือน: 50,000–70,000บาท
