Warehouse Manager
(50K – 60K) (SDG-54999)
ผู้จัดการฝ่ายคลังสินค้า
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Planning, Coordinating and monitoring the operation of warehouse.
• Handling discrepancies, Solving immediate problems.
• To take full responsibility to manage and control all of warehouse operation.
• To control operation to achieve customer's requirement and earn customer's satisfaction.
• To check result and follow up each item following KPI.
• To cooperate with other department, another branch and sub contractor for smooth work.
• Always seek for new method to reduce operation cost.
• To prepare monthly operation results and KPI, Making and review standard operation procedure.
• Special assignment from management.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35 - 45 years old
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 8-10 years in Logistic or warehouse Management in Manufacturing
• At least 5 years in Management Level as Assistant Manager or Manager
• Be able to communicate in English (Advance Conversational level Middle-High)
• Full understanding in Logistics and warehouse operation process
• Computer Proficiency
• Have experience about WMS program (Any brand )
• Business Level of English
• Work experience in Warehouse Management in Automotive , Packing or Planning fields
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Bueng, Sri-racha, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Saturday Working : 1-2 Sat/month)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
-วางแผนประสานงานและติดตามการดำเนินงานของคลังสินค้า
-จัดการความคลาดเคลื่อนแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
-รับผิดชอบอย่างเต็มที่ในการจัดการและควบคุมการดำเนินงานคลังสินค้าทั้งหมด
-ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานให้บรรลุตามความต้องการของลูกค้าและสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้า
-เพื่อตรวจสอบผลลัพธ์และติดตามแต่ละรายการตาม KPI
-ร่วมมือกับแผนกอื่นสาขาอื่นและผู้รับเหมารายย่อยเพื่อการทำงานที่ราบรื่น
-หาวิธีการใหม่ ๆ เพื่อลดต้นทุนการดำเนินการอยู่เสมอ
-จัดทำผลการดำเนินงานประจำเดือนและ KPI จัดทำและทบทวนขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานมาตรฐาน
-งานพิเศษจากฝ่ายบริหาร
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
-อายุ 35 - อายุ 45 ปี
-ปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
-ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 8-10 ปีในด้านโลจิสติกส์หรือการจัดการคลังสินค้าในการผลิต
-ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในระดับบริหารในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการหรือผู้จัดการ
-สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
-มีความเข้าใจอย่างถ่องแท้ในกระบวนการดำเนินงานด้านโลจิสติกส์และคลังสินค้า
-ความสามารถด้านคอมพิวเตอร์
-มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรม WMS (ยี่ห้อใดก็ได้)
-ภาษาอังกฤษระดับธุรกิจ
-มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการจัดการคลังสินค้าในสาขายานยนต์การบรรจุหรือการวางแผน
ทักษะด้านภาษา
