Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To plan, control, and manage warehouse and logistics operations according to the plan. - To control receiving, storing, dispensing, and transportation of goods to ensure completeness and timeliness. - To manage inventory, reduce losses, and improve storage efficiency. - To oversee, manage, and develop the warehouse and logistics team. - To coordinate with relevant departments both within and outside the organization. - To prepare a summary report of the project's progress and present it to management. - To improve work processes to be efficient and meet established standards. - Other tasks as assigned by the Management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 5 years of experience in planning, controlling, and managing warehouse and logistics operations from distributor or manufacturer - At least 3 years of experience at the Assistant Manager or Manager Level - Conversational High Level in English (Communicate with Japanese Management, reports, emails, and documents) <In Detail> - Able to work outside the office - Proficient in using computers and related software - Possesses leadership qualities and can manage a team effectively - Possesses skills in planning, problem-solving, and decision-making <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in a Japanese company - Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
