Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. - Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy. - Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff. - Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. - Implement and enforce health and safety procedures. - Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and other departments. - Monitor warehouse performance and prepare operational reports. - Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency. - Manage warehouse budgets and control operating costs. - Resolve operational issues and customer complaints related to warehouse activities. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in Warehouse Management with a manager or in a similar supervisory role. - Conversational high-level in English for internal and document task <Details> - Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Good organizational and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - Understanding of workplace safety regulations. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in Automotive Manufacturing
