Work outline: Responsible for management of Warehouse Department
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for ALL warehouse related issues, warehousing operations, inventory control and security
Preparing and analyzing inventory reports for the management and meet customers’ requirement.
Managing team members (warehouse and logistic), planning distribution schedules and overseeing daily transport requirements
Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male, age 30-40 years
Bachelor degree
7-15 years of direct experience in warehouse management
Experience in Freight Forwarder /Logistic company
Experience in managing subordinates.
People management skills, strong leadership, service mind and a good team player.
Problem solving skills
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Chonburi (Lam Cha Bang)
Working Hour: Monday – Friday [8:30 – 17.30]
About the Benefits
