Work outline: Responsible for all functions in Warehouse Department
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible for ALL warehouse related issues, warehousing operations, inventory control and security
Ø Preparing and analyzing inventory reports for the management
Ø Managing team members (warehouse and logistic), planning distribution schedules and overseeing daily transport requirements
Ø Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
Ø Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
Ø Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Ø Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø At least 5 years’ experience in Warehouse management and logistics related fields
Ø Experience in Freight Forwarder /Logistic company
Ø People management skills, strong leadership, service mind and a good team player
Ø Active , able to do multi-tasks
Ø Experience in export, supply chain, government authority (tax privilege & custom formality)
Ø Computer literacy (Excel, MS words)
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Bangna/Laem Chabang (Chonburi)
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:00 (Mon - Fri) * work on Saturday 2 times/ month
