Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Monitor and inspect daily warehouse operations to ensure all procedures meet company standards and prevent potential errors or risks. - During outbound processes, verify the item name, quantity, and time on the outbound order to guarantee accuracy and timeliness. - Goods Verification & Cycle Counts：Coordinate with warehouse administrators to perform regular stock counts and inventory checks. Compare item types, quantities, and storage conditions line by line to ensure the physical inventory matches the system records. Promptly investigate any discrepancies and propose corrective actions. - Data Recording & Analysis：Accurately record inbound and outbound data. Periodically compile and analyze inventory data to identify anomalies (e.g., shortages, misplacements) and provide data-driven insights for warehouse management and optimization. - Issue Tracking & Improvement Suggestions： - Log issues encountered on a daily basis, assist warehouse administrators in root-cause analysis, drive problem resolution, and recommend process improvements to continuously enhance warehouse management. - Chinese–Thai Translation & Communication Support：Provide bilingual translation support for warehouse management between Chinese and Thai to ensure accurate understanding across multilingual teams. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 1 year as Warehouse-related work experience - Be familiar with warehouse operation processes and standards - Have solid knowledge of inventory management - Proficient in using relevant spreadsheet tools or systems. - HSK 5-6 Certificate holder - Conversational High to Fluent level in Chinese language (communicate with Chinese Warehouse Manager) - Conversational Low to High level in English language (documents, email etc.) <In detail> - Be meticulous in work, have good data organization and analysis abilities - Have excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Candidates with cross-cultural work experience or experience in Chinese-Thai enterprises - Experience in Home Appliance products - Early joined candidate
