Warehouse and Logistic Manager

ผู้จัดการคลังสินค้า
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Control the allocation of space to store all the company's products.
• Control the disbursement of goods from the warehouse and check related documents.
• Store goods in the warehouse as a system for dividing the work and defining the duties and responsibilities of the work in the warehouse.
• Prepare documents and record various information, including preparing relevant reports on responsible work.
• Lead to daily progress analyse action to achieve plan.
• Lead a problem solving team to find out the root cause and corrective action caused by logistic process failure.
• Lead to improve warehouse operation and process efficiently.
• Manage and control warehouse operation through motivation ,mention and coaching.
• Manage physical team to effectiveness in the key tasks of department KPI.
• Manage logistic process are fulfil the requirement of safety regulation.
• Ensure the work standard are taken seriously on operations site.
• Plan and all of the employees competence, upgrade Knowledge.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-40 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Have working experience at least 5 years about Warehouse and logistic or related industry
• Have management experience at least 5 years as Warehouse and logistic Assistant Manager or higher
• Have working experience about SAP B1
• Have working experience about warehouse and logistic
• Able to use MS Office and WMS (Warehouse management system)
• Basic level in English
• Working experience in Trading and construction store industry is preferable
Languages skills
• English : Basic
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Surasak, Sriracha, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• ควบคุมการจัดสรรพื้นที่จัดเก็บสินค้าของบริษัททั้งหมด
• ควบคุมการเบิกจ่ายสินค้าจากคลังสินค้าและตรวจสอบเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• จัดเก็บสินค้าในคลังสินค้าเป็นระบบการแบ่งงานและกำหนดหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบของงานในคลังสินค้า
• จัดทำเอกสารและบันทึกข้อมูลต่าง ๆ รวมทั้งจัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเกี่ยวกับงานที่รับผิดชอบ
• นำไปสู่การดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ความคืบหน้ารายวันเพื่อให้บรรลุตามแผน
• นำทีมแก้ปัญหาเพื่อค้นหาสาเหตุที่แท้จริงและการดำเนินการแก้ไขที่เกิดจากความล้มเหลวของกระบวนการลอจิสติกส์
• นำไปสู่การปรับปรุงการดำเนินงานคลังสินค้าและกระบวนการอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• จัดการและควบคุมการดำเนินงานคลังสินค้าด้วยแรงจูงใจ การกล่าวถึง และการฝึกสอน
• บริหารจัดการทีมกายภาพให้มีประสิทธิภาพในงานสำคัญของแผนก KPI
• จัดการกระบวนการขนส่งให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัย
• ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าได้ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการทำงานอย่างจริงจังในสถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน
• แผนและความสามารถของพนักงานทุกคน ยกระดับความรู้
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 35-40 ปี
• ปริญญาตรี
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีเกี่ยวกับคลังสินค้าและโลจิสติกส์หรืออุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการอย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในตำแหน่ง Warehouse and Logistic Assistant Manager หรือสูงกว่า
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับ SAP B1
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านคลังสินค้าและโลจิสติกส์
• สามารถใช้ MS Office และ WMS (ระบบการจัดการคลังสินค้า)
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐาน
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมการค้าและการก่อสร้างร้านจะรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
