Work Outline: Work alongside Chief Technology Officer and manage a team of software developers
Duties & Responsibility:
Assure that department achieves objectives and project completion within time frame.
Keep track of projects and their ETAs, and communicate with Business team on a regular basis to meet corporate schedule commitments.
Formulate long-term objectives and standards of performance for the department.
Work with Chief of Technology to develop and implement strategies.
Work with team to ensure computer programming best practices are properly implemented.
Lead, motivate team, and provide support, technical guidance, as well as hands-on project management.
Recruit, hire, and structure team.
Occasionally meet with corporate key clients.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male or Female
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Education & Experience: Minimum BCS or similar, 5+ years of industry engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a management position.
Strong team building and leadership skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skill in Thai and English.
Experienced in managing diverse, simultaneous projects of varying complexities.
Proven successful track record of relationship management, strategy development, project management, and problem solving skills.
Know how to manage agile working process
Business-related computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Office Suite.

Experience in payment gateway industry strongly preferred

Working Hour: 9.00 – 18.00 (Mon – Fri)
