Work Outline: Manage & monitor all staffs & vessel documents for supporting Chinese customer


Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage all staffs & vessel documents for supporting Chinese customer

Event planning for moving Container handlers both import and export. and moving within the Port

Cooperate with the agent in the oversea to make the vessel get the smooth operation.

Manage the documents related to the discharging and loading containers

Monitor the working of the staff at the quay area to ensure it is carried on as planned,

Prepare and send reports to all the relevant parties after the vessels leave the terminal, coordinating with people both inside and outside the company by telephone and e-mail


Qualifications:

[Must]

Thai nationality, Male or Female

Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field

Experienced working experience within logistics/shipping areas such as port, vessel or container

business

Leadership skills

Able to work overtime and on holiday (sometimes)


Preferable Skill / Experience

Able to communicate in Chinese



Languages skills 

English: Conversation level 

Japanese: None 

Chinese: Preferable


Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng 

Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:10 (Mon – Fri)
