Work Outline: Manage & monitor all staffs & vessel documents for supporting Chinese customer
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage all staffs & vessel documents for supporting Chinese customer
Event planning for moving Container handlers both import and export. and moving within the Port
Cooperate with the agent in the oversea to make the vessel get the smooth operation.
Manage the documents related to the discharging and loading containers
Monitor the working of the staff at the quay area to ensure it is carried on as planned,
Prepare and send reports to all the relevant parties after the vessels leave the terminal, coordinating with people both inside and outside the company by telephone and e-mail
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male or Female
Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field
Experienced working experience within logistics/shipping areas such as port, vessel or container
business
Leadership skills
Able to work overtime and on holiday (sometimes)
Preferable Skill / Experience
Able to communicate in Chinese
Languages skills
English: Conversation level
Japanese: None
Chinese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Sala Daeng
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:10 (Mon – Fri)
