<Job Responsibilities> - Take care of all staff KPI standard and job grade - Coordinate all workflow between Bangkok Branch and Factory - Report monthly performance to top management acknowledge - Manages and evaluates overall operation - Coordination with internal and external together with oversea for providing the information - Takes the responsibilities of training and employee development as well preparing the appropriate training by employee’s needs and follow up and evaluating the result - Controls the employee payroll and yearly bonus by coordinates with other sections about overall operation evaluation according to company regulation - Accept the management policy from top management in order to assign person to charge complying to achieve the company target - Other task as assigned <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, age 35-43 years old - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management - At least 5 years’ experience in Human resource management - Have experience about KPI - Have experience working in Factory before - English (Conversation-High) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - None Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Kheha,Bangkok Working Hour: 7:30-16:30(Monday-Friday) About the Benefits Salary: 33,000–40,000THB About the company Products: the world leading zippers, hows various products sush as Slide Fasteners, Quicklon, Joylon, Rail Bewlt Adjuster,Ball Chain, Metal Notions,Plastic Notions and Tape Notion.
