Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To control and monitor trucking costs - To track delivery plans and schedules - To record OT, overnight charges, and coordinate with the customer service team - To check monthly invoices from trucking suppliers - To source and recommend qualified new trucking suppliers - To handle trucking accidents and visit the scene if necessary - To visit customer warehouses to investigate issues when required - Other tasks as assigned by the Report Line
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 2 years of Experience in Transportation Management from related fields - Experience in union contracts, government transportation regulation - Conversational High Level in English (Communicate directly with the Chinese managing Director, emails, reports, and documents) <In Details> - Able to visit customers at warehouses to take care of some issues - High responsibility and capability to work well under pressure - Problem-solving ability and strong coordination skills - Critical thinking and data analysis skills - Good conflict resolution skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Management, or a related field. - Experience in a Logistics Company - Experience in a Chinese Company
