Work outline: Manage Transportation both internal and external (outsource)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Preparation of budgets in accordance with the organizations requirement and monitoring of budgets set
Ø Oversee the operation of the vehicles
Ø Oversee a team of staff who work in fleet management and carry out staff training as well as monitor staff performance
Ø Manage fleets of vehicles in excess of 100 vehicles including outsources and utilize the vehicles to maximize profits
Ø Oversee a large quantity of shipment domestic to airport, seaport or customer’s factory
Ø Keep detailed and accurate tracking on all shipments and oversee all internal audits
Ø Provide vehicles and driver services as required
Ø Ensure all vehicles and properly inspected and maintained
Qualifications:
[Must]
- ข Thai Nationality, Male only, ages 32-40 years old
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economic, International Business, Logistics
Ø At least 6 years’ experience in transportation for Freight Forwarder Business
Ø Transport experience mandatory including managing large fleets of vehicles
Ø Good understanding of legislation and compliance requirements
Ø Ability to liaise with internal and external customers and suppliers
Ø Strong negotiation, decision problem solving skills, and interpersonal skills
Ø Excellent organizational skills with ability to maintain accuracy under time constraints and willingness to work overtime, as needed
Ø Demonstrated effective management and leadership skills
Prefer:
Ø Experience in Supervisor Level

Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.00 (Mon-Fri), 9:00-12:00 (Sat) *twice per month
