Work outline: Responsible for managing subordinates in export/import section
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Manage subordinates and train staff
Ø Manage, Control and monitoring of transportation to deliver the goods correctly and in timely manner.
Ø Define and manage the route of delivery properly and effectively.
Ø Maintain and improve the quality of transportation services to meet the deadline on a regular basis.
Ø Generate report of delivery information and presented to the management team and development of sustainable transportation department.
Ø Verify and manage the transportation time of every vehicle as per delivery schedule
Ø Supervise transportation team to perform in accordance with the employment plan and company discipline
Ø Make sure that outbound cargo containers return to harbor in timely manner.
Ø Report inbound and outbound delivery plan to the relevant departments and customers
Ø Check Transportation Quotation of the contractor that correct and appropriate.
Ø Tracking and monitoring delivery as per client requested in urgent issue to make sure deliver accurately and timeliness.
Ø Monitoring and troubleshooting during operation and report to management team immediately.
Ø Control and manage the maintenance of vehicles service and oil consumption in transportation appropriately.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male or female, age 35-45 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø Good command in English(Advanced conversational level)
Ø At least 1 years of working experience as Transportation manager
Ø Leadership and management skills
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Amata city, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00– 17:00 (Mon – Fri) ), 8:00-12:00 (Every other Sat.)
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000 – 70,000 THB negotiable
