Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide Japanese–Thai interpretation and translation support.
- Coordinate with Japanese staff on HR-related matters.
- Support Japanese staff during customer visits and provide coordination support, as required. (On average, 1 time per month, depending on business needs. A company car and driver will be provided)
- Provide interpretation support as required.
- Translate HR documents, company policies, regulations, and internal communications between Thai and Japanese.
- Support HR&GA operations and perform other HR&GA-related duties as assigned.
- Process and manage employee attendance, leave records, and prepare attendance data for payroll processing.
- Prepare documents and supporting information for visa and work permit applications, and coordinate application processes with relevant authorities and external agencies.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- At least 1 year of experience as a translator, interpreter, Human Resources, or admin position in any industry or Fresh Graduate with Direct internship program will also be considered
- Conversation High level to Business of Japanese (N2 up) for verbal communication with the Japanese Managing Director and clients, as well as written communication for document translation purposes.
- Conversational Middle level of English for internal e-mail.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to join Japanese management for customer visits as requested (not frequent).
- A person who is comfortable with routine tasks.
- Must have an outgoing personality.
- Must be detail-oriented.

<Preferable>
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
