Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Design and Implementation of the Overall Training System • Design the sales department’s training system based on the training policy • Analyze and systematize the essential skills required for store operations • Create a PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle for training programs and evaluate results 2. Manual Management (Japanese and Thai language) • Prepare and update operation manuals and training manuals • Revise manual content based on on-site feedback 3. Planning and Production of Training Videos • Plan and develop training content • Coordinate and supervise video production with video production companies • Evaluate training videos and implement improvements 4. Design and Implementation of the 1-on-1 System (in collaboration with HR) • Develop guidelines for 1-on-1 discussions • Plan and conduct 1-on-1 training for store managers and area managers • Review the effectiveness of 1-on-1s and make improvements 5. Development of Store Audit Guidelines • Establish store evaluation criteria and review them regularly • Standardize store inspection processes • Build a feedback system based on store evaluations and support improvement planning 6. Development and Management of Meeting Systems • Design training-related meeting systems such as store manager meetings and area manager meetings • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and support meeting facilitation • Standardize meeting content and create an effective communication system
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 2 years experience in Training roles, HRD field (in any business background) - Holding JLPT N2 or N1 - Conversational High to Business in Japanese language (Coordinate with report line, Manual, internal use, documents) - Conversational level in English (email etc.) - Comfort to visit branches by public transportation or accompanied with report line (Reimburse for traveling fee in case of public transportation) <In detail> - Good interpersonal skill and excellent in communication - Great ability to analyze and solve problems - Able to prioritize and manage the assignments efficiently <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Early join candidate - Experience in Japanese Food Restaurant/ Retail - Supervise/ Management Experience
