Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Identify competency gaps and collaborate with departments to ensure training and development programs address business needs. - Responsible for Salary structure, competency, organizational structure, designing career planning, creating job descriptions and Job Specifications for new positions, and updating all positions. - Oversee the performance management process, ensuring that employees’ goals align with the company’s objectives. - Provide guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, development planning, and performance evaluations. - Monitor changes in regulations and ensure the organization's training programs align with government standards. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend. - Revised policy, Code of Conduct and announce company announcements - Evaluate and measured level of awareness and understanding of employees in core values - Work with site or other management teams to encourage employee communication and support local engagement or community events - Others duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 years of experience in HRM, HROD, or HR Overall in any manufacturing company - Conversation middle level of English [To use with email and internal documents] - Have working experience in Middle- Large scare company at least 100 persons <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in HR or other related fields - At least 2 years of experience at the management level - Working experience in the Electronics or Automotive Manufacturing industry <Details> - Good data analytical and HR reporting skills - Strong understanding of Organization Development Principles, talent management, employee engagement, and learning development.
