Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Make Annual & Monthly Training plan base on the company training policy and submit to the Manager. - Control Training budget & cost - Assist the Training team when doing all training classes, OJT and meetings with the agency. - Monitor the effectiveness and quality of training programs and track each Beauty Consultant progression and report to the manager. - Prepare learning materials, handouts, tools and manuals for training programs and workshops (including translate training document). - Help research new teaching techniques and attend all international education conferences. ( Around once a month ). - Take care of Beauty Consultant “In” and “Out” and report direct to training manager for create new Beauty Consultant training class, while help follow-up new Beauty Consultant within their probation period & assist training manager when making on company's Monthly Reports. - Support beauty manager when organize Beauty Consultant Annual test plan & making instructional program for Beauty Consultant Annual Test.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Related Field - At least 2 years of experience in Training in the cosmetics field. - English conversational high level (Communication with Japanese MD and report) - Able to use MS Office, especially Excel <Detail> - Good planning, problem-solving, and management skills. - Strong presentation and communication skills. < Preferred skills> - Working knowledge of cosmetic products, haircare, and health care.
