<Job Responsibilities> - Prepare documents such as invoices, tax invoices, debit notes, etc - Prepare documents related to the order (PO) - Manage and control the deadlines of the team - Monitor the delivery process - Input business transaction on the company’s system - Coordinate with the accounting division member and the sales member - Other tasks assigned by management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - 1 year of experience as a sales coordinator or sales assistant in a trading company. *Fresh graduates welcome - Experience in supporting Import & Export - Business level of English (possible to communicate with European/Indian/Japanese colleague and overseas suppliers) - Computer skills in Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - High communication skills - Can deal with negotiation or sales activity in the future <Personality> -Diligent person -Can work with the company for the long term -Willingness to learn new things <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Work experience as a sales
