Job Description


<Job responsibilities>
- Manage PC (Promoter) operations across all channels
- Control PC structure, manpower planning & cost optimization
- Handle PC recruitment, training, evaluation, and payroll confirmation
- Collaborate with Sales Team to establish commission and announcement
- Coordinate with sales team to drive sell-out performance
- Ensure strong in-store execution and retail operation standards
- Plan and execute POSM / POP / Display / Fixture across channels and work with designer team closely.
- Monitoring and develop planogram & product display standard together with sales team.
- Manage POS materials distribution & installation
- Collaborate to establish event / booth setup and offline activation as window person with suppliers
- Control event budget & execution quality
- Manage and coordinate with external suppliers and agencies, including: POSM production suppliers, Display / fixture suppliers, Event organizers / booth contractors and PC outsourcing agencies.
- Control and evaluate supplier performance and ensure execution meets brand standards
- Monitor Sales-out performance (by channel / PC stores)
- Sales-in and POS monthly tracking
- Support NPD launches - coordinate product training for PC and sales team
- Work with BD / Marketing team on POSM development
- Ensure the final delivery packaging with repacking / OCPB label compliance
- Coordinate with call centre on product information update / inquiries
- Support CRM tools - LINE OA
- Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 3 years of experience as a senior, Leader, Assistant Manager, or Manager in Trade Marketing or Retail Operations within the retail or trading business. *Experience with any product category is acceptable.
- Conversational high in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) for internal meetings and reporting to the Japan Headquarters.
