Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- To manage up to 5 Japanese Retailer Accounts (As assigned) 
- To oversee sales, including medicines, medical devices, and general goods products
- To coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and retailers 
- To ensure effective execution of in-store campaigns and merchandising
- To monitor, track, and analyze sales performance and marketing activities 
- To evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth
- To assist in developing trade marketing strategies and campaigns 
- To collaborate with each product manager/brand manager
- To plan to manage point-of-sale materials, displays, and other marketing assets 
- To maximize visibility and impact by visiting or checking photos from others' visits
- To support new product launches (NPD,) especially for the test marketing period
- To coordinate trade activities and ensure smooth rollout in the market
- To reports and insights on trade marketing performance, competitors, and market trends.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- At least 2 years of Experience as a Modern Trade Key Account or Trade Marketing in healthcare or consumer goods products
- Experience in monitoring, tracking, and analyzing sales performance and marketing parts
- Conversation High Level in English 
 (Communicate with Headquarters, customers, email, report, and some documents)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Have your own care with a driving license

- Can handle additional tasks from the manager or a new direction from Japan
- Strong team player, collaborating effectively when full functional support is not available
- Takes ownership of tasks, works diligently, and is self-motivated
- Highly cooperative with external partners, including agencies and distributors
-  Does not mind performing product merchandising tasks because of no functional support

- Experience in a Japanese Company
- Experience in a Pharmaceutical or Medical Equipment Company
- Experience in Cooperating with Japanese Retailers
