Duties & Responsibility:
• Responsible for business development/sales of industrial machinery in Thai market
• Responsible for customer service as a Tour Coordinator taking care of Japanese Inbound Customers
• In charge of optional tours, services and coordinate with clients
• Identify and resolve complaints, needs, issues from the customers
• Cooperate with hotels and staff who are part of the tour
• Follow up the tour and feedback from Japanese customers who are traveling in Thailand from the tour starts until the end
• Prepare a variety of status reports
• Other tasks assigned by Manager
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
MUST
- Male and Female, Thai Nationality, Age 23-35
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- PC Skill (MS Office).
- Japanese speakers.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
PREFER
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work well under pressur.e
- Experience in Tourism Industry.
Workplace Area: Asoke
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17.30 (Sat/Sun/Holiday if necessary)
