Job Description
<Job responsibilities> - Formulate and execute mid- to long-term business strategies and annual budgets. - Plan new store openings, including site selection, contract negotiation, and overall pre-opening management. - Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives. - Localize and execute management policies and brand strategies in collaboration with the Japan headquarters. - Monitor sales, profits, and costs, and plan and implement business improvement measures. - Recruit, develop, and build local teams; manage performance evaluation systems. - Establish governance for legal compliance, labor management, accounting, and taxation. - Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as business partners, government authorities, commercial facilities, and consultants. - Drive market expansion through new partnerships and business opportunities. - Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > **Please submit a Japanese resume** - Proven experience as a general manager or head of overseas sales operations (preferably 5 years or more). - Experience in B2C business. - Experience working or being assigned overseas. - Ability to communicate in English and Japanese for business purposes (both spoken and written). *Communication with the Japan headquarters will be mainly in Japanese, while English will be primarily used for matters related to store openings and operations. <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Up to N2 qualification - Hands-on management experience in the confectionery or food & beverage industry.
