Job Responsibilities - Consistently monitored and performed following (or some of them) tests （EX） pressure drop, dust holding capacity, pressure/flow characteristics, initial efficiency, life and cumulative efficiency, leak testing, burst testing, reporting the tests results in graphical method. - Analyse the tests reports, Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications. - Recommend design modifications for VA/VE (cost reduction, tool design simplification, part communization) - Report to JP manager in English - Other task assigned by manager ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ - ติดตามและดำเนินการทดสอบต่อไปนี้ (หรือบางส่วน) อย่างสม่ำเสมอ （EX）แรงดันตก ความสามารถในการกักเก็บฝุ่น ลักษณะแรงดัน/การไหล ประสิทธิภาพเริ่มต้น อายุการใช้งานและประสิทธิภาพสะสม การทดสอบการรั่วไหล การทดสอบการระเบิด การรายงานผลการทดสอบในรูปแบบกราฟิก - วิเคราะห์รายงานการทดสอบ ระบุส่วนประกอบของระบบหรือการปรับเปลี่ยนผลิตภัณฑ์โดยตรงเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสอดคล้องกับการออกแบบทางวิศวกรรมและข้อกำหนดด้านประสิทธิภาพ - แนะนำการปรับเปลี่ยนการออกแบบสำหรับ VA/VE (การลดต้นทุน ลดความซับซ้อนของการออกแบบเครื่องมือ การสื่อสารชิ้นส่วน) - รายงานต่อผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่นเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ - งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 26-33 years • Male • Bachelor’s in engineering field • Have working experience at least 3 years as QC Engineer in electronics industry. • Have working experience related to GD&T, APQP, PPAP and IATF 16949 • Have knowledge about FMEA. & measuring equipment Vernier Caliper, Gage. • Able to use MS Office. • Conversation middle level of English (must: verbal and written in English) • Be able to commute by themselves. • Person who is motivated to evaluate using a testing machine. • Have working experience in Air-condition industry. • Join Immediately.
