Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> [Government Procurement & Tender Management] - Support and coordinate government procurement activities in alignment with company policies and government regulations. - Collaborate with the Senior Electronic Bidding (E-bidding) Officer to prepare and complete tender documentation according to the hospital's Terms of Reference (TOR). - Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of tender processes and clarify roles and responsibilities. - Build and maintain relationships with distributors and tender teams to gather procurement and market information. - Monitor tender timelines and ensure accurate submission of all required documents. - Maintain proper documentation and records related to procurement and tender activities. [Healthcare Provider (HCP) Service Agreement Support] - Coordinate with the internal team to complete the HCP service agreements in accordance with Compliance requirements. - Submit completed Healthcare Provider (HCP) service agreements to the related party. - Follow up and track agreement completion status to ensure timely processing. - Circulate completed and signed agreements to relevant stakeholders and departments. - Maintain organized records and documentation for all agreements. - Support compliance-related administrative tasks and internal coordination.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 2 years of experience in tender coordination, procurement support, healthcare administration, Sales Support or related functions in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device industry - Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and Word. - Conversational high in English (writing and reading, communication skills, documents) <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Familiarity with government procurement or e-bidding processes is an advantage.
