Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Oversee construction projects and collaborate with engineers, supervisors and related people in planning, budgeting, allocating resources, and providing timely completion of the project.
- Study, analyses and evaluates tender documents from a technical point of view to identify risk factors, ensuring that technical terms comply with the relevant standards and coordinates with the Division Heads, and General Manager for the overall risk assessment and bid decision
- Soliciting and follow-up with the design/drafting section during tender preparation for method optimizing to reach cost efficiency
- Reviews and finalizes project cost estimates as prepared by the Estimation Engineer in terms of the required material as per bill of quantities (BOQ), amount of work, material/ equipment/and manpower requirements during the tendering phase; this includes all systems, products, and services to client specifications/requirement
- Liaises with the Procurement department to approved suppliers and subcontractors per project (pre/ post tender)
- Finalizes estimation of all direct and indirect costs and consolidates tender documents for management review and approval
- Provides all the necessary project clarifications/information upon project award to the Project
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related fields preferably in Civil Engineer, MEP work or management
- At least 5 years of working experience as Tender or project engineer (Bidding project)
- Conversational high in Mandarin Chinese HSK4 (Communication with Chinese clients and documents)
- Conversational high in English (To communicate with a multi-national company, documents and email)
- Able to relocate to construction sites (site allowance provided).
- Good general knowledge of the construction business. Ability to handle the Document-heavy assignment

- Strong skills in analytical thinking, research, and strategy development
<Prefer Skill / Experience>
- Experience in a working environment in a Japanese company
- preferably with Data Center Projects experience
