Telecom Sales Manager (90K–120K) (SDG-85686) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายโทรคมนาคม <Job Responsibilities> • Manages sales activities (sales cycle) for key telecom account and some of the local System Integrators relate to Public Safety. • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; solving any pain points; anticipating new business opportunities. • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; adapting strategy to changing conditions and forecasting projected business. • Collaborates with solution or relevant team to bring suitable solution to our customer in a timely manner. • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new business areas. • Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. • Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses. • Assists and provides guidance to Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations. • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. • Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree in business related field and experience with the local market. • Must have a minimum of 8-10 years previous direct sales and/or business development experience, preferably with Service Providers/ Telecom or Public Safety, or integrated system solutions. Should have an understanding and experience with consultative sales techniques. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or technical procedures in both Thai/English. Ability to write reports and business correspondence in both Thai/English. • Ability to speak Thai/English clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; participates in meetings. • Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; gives and welcomes feedback; contributes to building a positive team spirit; puts success of team above own interests; supports everyone's efforts to succeed. • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products. • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, etc. • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. • Displays orientation to profitability; demonstrates knowledge of market and competition; aligns work with strategic goals. • Displays original thinking and creativity; meets challenges with resourcefulness; generates suggestions for improving work; Develops innovative approaches and ideas.
