Job Description
- Inspecting faulty instruments to identify issues to proceed with repairs - Installation and troubleshooting for instruments both hardware and software - Deciding independently about suggestions of suitable solutions for problem solving both online and at customer's site - Providing technical support in handling specific logistical activities in defined support areas - Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures and planning schedule repairs as service contract - Conducting quality checks on instruments to ensure everything is up to standard before delivery to customer - Starting request for technical support or escalation if problem solving is not possible - Determining parts, supplies or tools needed to complete service requests
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - High Vocational or higher in Medical Engineering or a related field with 5 years' experience in technical support or as a technician (medical instrument repairs and services) - Conversational middle in English (communication, email, documents) - Able to use own car and driving license <Details> - Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills - Service-minded and customer-oriented - Able to work in a team
