Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related fields; preferably in Civil Engineering, Construction, and Facility Management - Minimum 5 years of experience in a tendering or project management role within the construction industry. - English conversation at a high level (To communicate with headquarters, e-mail, and documents) - Proficient in using project management and bid management software. <Indetails> - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical specifications and identify risks and opportunities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both internal and external stakeholders. - Proactive and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for quality and accuracy. - Collaborative team player with the ability to work across multiple departments.
