<Job Responsibilities> - Manage all technical aspects, including the distribution of projects of the company's products - Provide product demos, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for customers - Responsible for project management and project delivery - Advise on the installation and configuration, and how to use the Company Software. - Create, manage, and contribute to technical support guides and supporting troubleshooting documentation as needed - Provide product and solution training for customers and users - Resolves user problems with CCTV Systems, Access Control, Turnstile, ANPR *Automatic Number Plate Recognition, etc - Any task as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in any related field. - At least 2 years experience in technical support with security products - Solid knowledge and technical skills in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems - Conversational high in English to communicate with internal - Own car and driving licence - Able to go visit clients onsite (Base in Bangkok, visit clients in Bangkok and the surrounding area) <Details> - Exceptional communication and presentation skills; customer service skills and awareness; work well under pressure <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's or above degree in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems is preferred - Can communicate in Chinese.
