Job Description

Technical Support Engineer (20K-30K) (SDG-23340)
<Job Responsibilities>
	Be responsible for technical support & troubleshooting (Broadband Access/DWDM/IPRAN)
	Handle requirements or complaints from customers
	Visit customers by company car with driver 2-3 times per week (Bangkok, Perimeter, Nonthaburi, Nakorn Pathom, Samutsakorn) 
	Racking and updating status of issues and advice internal and external customers accordingly
	Assist to delivery products or technical services to customers
	Responsible for corresponding customer relationship maintenance


Workplace Area: Mrt Phahonyothin, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon-Fri)

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality, Male, age 22-28 years old
	Bachelor degree in Computer science, telecom, Network Engineering
	Fresh Graduated is welcome
	Experience in related field
	Able to communicate in English 
	Strong sense of responsibility and good team work spirit

<Preferable Skill / Experience>		
	Having experience in network equipment operation & maintenance
	Able to communicate in Chinese
