Job Description
Technical Service Staff (26K–31K) (SDG-114497) <Job responsibilities> - Inspect and test tires for claims to Ensure that they meet quality standards and identify the cause of defects or issues. - Conduct thorough tests on tires that have been returned by customers or dealers to determine their condition and validity for claims. - Visit dealers with the Sales TEAM regularly to Provide technical Support, training, and guidance on tire products, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. - Represent the company at various events, exhibitions, and trade shows, providing technical expertise on tire products and services. - Occasionally Visit testing facilities in Ladkrabang for on-site tire testing to evaluate product performance under different conditions. - Document and report the results of tire claims inspections, testing activities, dealer visits, and event participation to management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male , age 27 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Production Engineer - Minimum 3 years experience in Field Technician, Technical Service, QA Engineer - Conversational Middle level of English, mostly used for do report - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) - Have Driving license (company provides Car for business propose) <Preferable Skills/Experience> - Experiences in a tire company is advantage - Experience in Inspect and test tires process Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Udom Suk Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday) About the Benefits 26,000–31,000THB About the company Product & Service: Tire Business Type: General Trading Company;Automobiles / Automobile Parts;
