Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
1. Organize and follow up on field monitor tests in the ASEAN market 
2. Handle the ASEAN market's claims and complaints with an accurate response. 
3. To analyze the market information and report the market demand and improvement requests with actual evidence. 
4. Leading or supervising the SE for fieldwork and handling the job within the timeline, and coaching the colleagues or subordinates. 
5. Support distributors and subsidiaries on technical issues. 
6. Collect customer usage information and advise on appropriate usage. 
7. To know the customer satisfaction, collect customer feedback through interviews with other teams. 
8. To write user manuals with Technical Data. 
9. To execute technical Seminars and training for the ASEAN distributors and subsidiaries. 
10. To be a Contact Person for the ASEAN Distributor regarding Technical issues. 

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Have 3 years of experience in Technical Service in the Tire business
- Conversational high-level English for internal communication and coordination with the ASEAN market
- Must be able to and familiar with traveling for business trips, both domestic and overseas
