Technical Service Manager (Textile Chemicals) (60K–80K) (SDG-115608) <Job responsibilities> - Conducting tests and product improvements based on customer Feedback in the lab and customer site, as well as managing subordinates. - Solving customers' technical issues (Addressing problems related to the use of chemical agents in textile processing) - Product application testing (Selecting and testing the most suitable chemical products for customers' textile materials) - Technical proposals & presentations (Providing customized formulations and introducing new products based on customer requirements) - On-site technical Support (Conducting trials at manufacturing sites and advising on process optimization) - Troubleshooting (analyzing and resolving issues such as uneven dyeing, reduced water repellency, and foaming problems) - Creating technical documents & manuals (Developing guidelines for safe usage and quality control) - Establishing customer Feedback loops (Utilizing actual usage Data to improve existing products and develop new ones) - Managing subordinate's progress - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Science or Chemical. • More than 5 years of hands-on experience in a laboratory or R&D experience at a chemical manufacturer • More than 1 year of management experience • Conversational middle-high level of English(For internal communication) <Preferable Skill / Experience> • Conversational high level of Japanese • Extensive laboratory experience in the field of Textile Chemicals Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Kheha Working Hour: 8:15-16:30(Monday - Friday) About the Benefits 60,000–80,000THB About the company Product & Service: surfactants, solvent, textile chemical Business Type: Paper / Pulp;Rubber / Resin / Plastic;Fiber / Fabric / Textile;
