Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and continuously keep up to date with innovations and technologies. - To share technical knowledge and experience by providing training to customers and the sales team. - To prepare presentation materials and other supporting documents. - To identify and develop sales opportunities for the company’s products and services by providing recommendations to customers and supporting the sales team. - To provide technical consultation, answer technical inquiries, and deliver accurate product-related information to customers and the sales team. - To perform all stages of oil testing, machinery inspections, and analysis, including the preparation and submission of analytical reports. - To prepare technical reports to support sales activities, such as Diagnostic Visit Reports (DVR), at least one report per quarter. - To participate in technical service training and professional development programs provided by product distributors to enhance technical knowledge and skills. - To prepare and submit sales plans and sales reports to the supervisor within the assigned deadlines. - To learn how to operate and maintain technical service equipment and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and ready for use at all times. - Other tasks as assigned by the Management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (วศบ.) or Science (วทบ.) - At least 1 year of experience as a Technical Engineer or Sales in automotive or machinery manufacturing - Conversational Middle level in English (Mainly used for making reports and sometimes communicating with foreign clients) - Holds a driving license (Company car provided) <In Details> - Provide technical consultation and answer technical inquiries - Perform oil testing and machinery inspections <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience in lubricant products
