Work outline: Responsible for selling software and hardware by face to face or phone and also providing technical advice to customers

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø  Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects & installation, computer Systems & Network

Ø  Understanding customer's diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those.                         

Ø  Interact with customers both face to face or over the telephone   

Ø  Meeting sales targets and contribute to team targets                             

Ø  Identifying and developing new business through networking, systems and courtesy and follow up call.                       

Ø  Preparing and delivering customer presentation and demonstrations of the software, hardware articulately and confidently.                                              

Ø  Marketing and promoting a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and through attending industry events.                                   

Ø  Sales report in administration & documentation such as proposal, report, etc.

 

Qualifications:

[Must]

Ø  Thai nationality, male/female, age between 25-35 years old

Ø  Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Information Technology,  Business Administration, or related fields.  

Ø  Experience 2-5 years in customer service or sales environment

Ø  Welcome candidate with call center or telemarketing background, where sales skills and the ability to meet targets are illustrated.

 

 

 

Preferable:

Ø  Good presentation skill, negotiation skill, communication skill, management skill

Ø  Problem solving, logical thinking, initiative

Ø  Demonstrate evidence of exceeding sales targets.

Ø  Strong abilities to analyze and prioritize issues for problem resolution  

Ø  Self-motivation and customer oriented

 

Language skills:

English: Advanced Conversational Level

Japanese: None

 

Workplace Area: BTS Ploenchit

Working Hour: 8.30-17.30 (Mon-Fri) and some Sat. depends on company’s calendar
