Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Conduct market surveys and collaborate with BU marketing and Engineering teams to formulate strategies for semiconductor product promotion and development. - Promote their products through new demand creation activities, providing price quotations and technical support from design stage through after-sales service to direct and indirect customers, in collaboration with internal sales teams and distributors. - Identify new potential customers and develop effective business support for customers to expand sales revenue (50% new / 50% existing). - Manage and motivate distributor performance to expand sales in Thailand for transfer business and new demand creation. - Prepare and manage demand creation activity reports and implement countermeasures to achieve targets for management review. - Plan and deliver technical training, events, and seminars for customers and distributors. - Visit areas are around Bangkok and the Chonburi area. (Around 1–2 times per week, using a company car with a driver.) - There are business trips with overnight stays to visit customers in Chiang Mai about 1–2 times per year. (There is no transfer or permanent assignment to areas outside the office location.)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education background in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field. (Bachelor or Master of related with Electronic Engineering) - Experience and Knowledge in electronics circuit design of Hardware. - 8 years or more of working experience - Excellent skill in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) - Coversational high level of English (writing, reading, listening, speaking) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Japanese or Chinese language is advantaged - If there is simply Software knowledge & experience for MCU control is more preferred. - If there is knowledge & experience for Power Supply , Motor control design is more preferred. - Experience in a Japanese company is preferred. - Require work experience in Electrical & Electronic market as Field application Engineer or Technical Sale Engineer
