Technical Engineer (Inside) (40K-55K) (JO-180425-160842)
Work outline: Technical support, seminar and problem-solving of Customer and Sales Engineer, Problem Unit Checking.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides technical assistance to sales to maximize support customers (by phone call basis)
Respond to requests for emergency set up and services to settle machine problem.
Provide technical assistance to customer regarding installation, operation, support, repair and maintenance
Develop and further expand technical knowledge and expertise, currently recognized industry standards for engineering ability not only yourself but also your team members.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female, age 23-29 years
Bachelor degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineer
Fresh graduates are welcome
More than 1 year of working experience in related field
Knowledge of Circuit Board and Electric knowledge
Good command of English in order to communicate with Japanese Manager and coworkers
Strong self-motivated and energetic person
Excellent interpersonal skill
Detail oriented, hardworking, and proactive
Willing to work hard and flexible
Preferable:
Experience in Japanese company
Knowledge of Enthernet PLC(RS-232C etc.), PC program (C/VB/Java etc)
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Phetchaburi Rd. / Bangkok
Working Hour: Mon-Fri 08:15 – 17:15 (Work twice Saturday a quarter)
