Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Accompany sales staff on customer visits to provide technical expertise on sensor products.
- Deliver product knowledge and demonstrate how sensors meet customer needs.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Configure and set up sensor models according to customer requirements.
- Offer hands-on support for installation and integration of sensor systems.
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth communication between technical and commercial aspects.
- Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use and maintain sensor products.
- Address customer inquiries regarding product specifications, functionality, and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during or after the installation phase.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through continuous technical support and follow-up.
- Communicate effectively with Chinese manufacturers to coordinate product specifications, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Any other tasks assigned by Manager
*Visiting area : Bangkok, Chonburi, Ayutthaya etc
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- More than a bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience handling ”sensors” as a mechanical engineer or knowledge of sensors through work as a robotics engineer
- More than conversational-middle English to communicate with the Chinese Supplier
- Having your own car* there is no company car
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Knowledge of both Omron and Keyence sensors
