<Job Responsibilities> - Read copy or proof to detect and correct errors in layout, spelling, punctuation, and syntax. - Allocate print space for text, photos, and illustrations. - Edit and arrange product catalog or brochure per client’s requirement - Check and write instructions to Desktop Publishing officers - Communicate with Japan Head quarter and other branch for some specific project - Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 1 year experience as editor, translator, sales admin, graphic designer or any related fields - Conversation High level in English (TOEIC score 750), use for proofing the products information and communication with internal and Japan Head Quarter - Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) <Personality> - Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Pivot, Vlookup - Understanding in Image Editing programs (such as photoshop or illustator) will be advantage
