Work Outline: Management of technical support to customers.
Duties & Responsibility:
Provides technical advice & training to customers.
Technical support of our sales team on assignments.
Supplier survey for Factory Automation Component.
Translates and arrange catalog that relevant with technical knowledge.
Obtains customer and competitor database and also industry movements for central information sharing.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Age 35-45
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
Good in English communication.
Good team management, analytical skill, strong leadership, good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Have 3-5 years’ experience in Technical Trainer would be an advantage.
Some experience in sales and marketing will be advantage.
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation Level
Workplace Area: Eastern Seaboard, Rayong
Working Hour: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (Mon – Fri)
