<Job Responsibilities>
- Understand customer goals and challenges and establish company's solution as the best solution available.
- Design solution based on business requirement - Focusing on CRM, Salesforce Automation, Customer Services Solution, Marketing Automation, and other Business Process Management.
- Involve in End to End Implementation Project - Gathering Requirement, Design, Implementation, UAT, and Training.
- Understand overall technology used in the project and be able to discuss integration.
- Participate in all product, sales, and process training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective.
- Respond effectively to RFI's and RFP's.
- Other related tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 22-30 years old
- Bachelor's Degree
- 0-5 years of working experience in Business Analyst, System Analyst or Technical Analyst for products of CRM solution, marketing solution, Salesforce or related products in IT fields
- Have a good understanding both Business and Technical terms and experience in Vendors side
- Basic understanding of CRM solution, marketing solution, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and related
- Good command of verbal and written English (mainly use in documents, occasionally participate in overseas business meeting)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Software developer and Software Engineer background
- Consulting experiences

- มีความเข้าใจเป็นอย่างดีทั้งในแง่ธุรกิจและเทคนิคและมีประสบการณ์ในด้านผู้ขาย
- ความเข้าใจพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับโซลูชัน CRM, โซลูชันทางการตลาด, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics และที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ส่วนใหญ่ใช้ในเอกสารเข้าร่วมการประชุมทางธุรกิจในต่างประเทศเป็นครั้งคราว)
